Realtors I Have Worked With

Since 1989, I have been the go to home inspector for Realtors in New Haven and Fairfield County. One thing that Realtors get when they work with me is an extremely thorough inspection where I take the time to examine everything in detail. MOST Realtors do not like this! During the home buying process, I was referred to Stan through my Realtor, and was very pleased with his inspection. He took the time to look at not only every major aspect of the house, but every little thing I would have no idea to look at. He was extremely helpful in pointing out things as the inspection was going and as a first time home buyer, this was very helpful.

After the completion of the home inspection, Stan sat with me just to go over everything once again just as a reminder, and pointed out the most pressing issues that should be addressed. Stan created a very detailed write up with pictures of everything he looked over and discussed and sent it to me for future use.
